The Empress

Upright

Something new is being conceived in you — something fundamentally new that has never existed before. It grows inside like a seed under the soil, and it already knows where it comes from and where it is heading. Give it time and care: what is ripening now can change your world.

Reversed

Your inner world is under threat right now. What was valuable is losing its worth, and what was growing is being destroyed — sometimes by other hands, sometimes by your own. Protect your inner garden: don't let anyone, not even yourself, trample what is sprouting in you.
