Upright

This is the position of a student of the earth. You are curious about how everything works: how to earn, how to make things with your hands, how to grow things. The process captivates you more than the result, and you gladly do what others ask — there is both obedience in this and a sincere joy in learning. A beginning like this puts down good roots.

Reversed

The student's role doesn't hold. Too little — things get done just "to get it over with", without interest, and money and duties feel like a dull burden. Too much — you try so hard to please, working for other people's needs, that you forget your own. Find the middle, where work serves both others and you.
