King of Wands

Upright

Your role is to lead others with your vision. You don't have to light every campfire yourself: people act in your name, inspired by your goal. Your very presence gives direction and strength. This is mature will — confident, generous, far-sighted.

Reversed

The fire on the throne has gone out or is burning everything around it. Too little — you take the leader's seat, but there is no vision and no heat behind it, only an empty symbol. Too much — you cling to power like a tyrant and make others burn only for your glory. A true leader inspires rather than commands.
